Broderick is dumped by his girlfriend, but instead of accepting it he goes after her. He finds his ex - with a new boyfriend. With no idea what to do, he sets up a new 'home' in the run down shack opposite the 'love nest'. While there one night he meets Ryan, who turns out to be the ex of the new boyfriend. Ryan and Broderick while attempting to plot ways of breaking up the couple to get their loved ones back, also start to like each other in typical romanctic/comedy style.
I am not one for romantic comedies usually, but I quite enjoyed this one. It was a clever idea, and made me laugh which is not usually the case with similar comedies. This is aimed at anyone who likes this type of film, and with nothing in it that I recall making it unsuitable for younger viewers. A good film with some funny scenes in it, plus your usual dose of romantic mushy stuff too.
